A Double Summer of Art for June 2019
While bringing their “Colours of Summer” Art Exhibition to the Red House Museum, Quay Road, Christchurch (from 15th June until 13th July 2019) Christchurch Arts Guild can now also announce a second exhibition to run concurrently at the prestigious Highcliffe Castle. This exhibition starts a few days later on 20th June and continues until 14th July.
This second vibrant show in 2019 demonstrates the Guild’s constant drive and enthusiasm to take every opportunity to develop good relationships with high profile venues to present their members’ considerable talents to art discerning visitors.
The show will have multiple appeal for both Christchurch residents and the many visitors to the area at this time of year. Subjects and themes encompass a broad spectrum of art appreciation from realism to abstract, impressionism to figurative and much more.
Highcliffe Castle has recently been vastly refurbished to become a major visitor attraction in the area and Christchurch Arts Guild are subject to secure it as a regular summer venue for an art exhibition.
The Guild is in its 71st year and has gained an enviable reputation for the high standard of work produced by its members some of whom have had paintings accepted by top London galleries and sold through the Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy

The Castle is open from 10am until 5pm daily (last admission 4pm) and there are admission and parking fees.
